TheraTree Pediatric Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Manager to lead our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of care provided by our dedicated clinical team. Clinical Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development:
  • Provide visionary leadership to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes excellence in patient care.
  • Recruit, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of clinicians.
  • Clinical Oversight:
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care in occupational, speech, physical, behavior, and mental health therapy.
  • Collaborate with departments and divisions to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct regular clinical meetings to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Maintain a prorated caseload relative to the quantity of staff directly supervising.
  • Quality Improvement:
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback from patients, families, and staff.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and stay current with advancements in pediatric care.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to enhance patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with families to ensure a coordinated and patient-centered approach.
  • Strategic Planning & Program Development:
  • Contribute to and execute strategic plans to enhance the clinic's impact and reach in the community.
  • Identify and implement new programs, services, and technologies to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and implement new initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our pediatric population.
  • Drive the clinic's commitment to providing comprehensive and integrated care.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role as the Clinical Manager, you should meet the following requirements...

  • Exceptionally skilled and respected licensed clinical therapist who's scope of practice includes evaluations and supervision of others.
  • Includes: Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Behavior Analysts, Clinical Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Clinical Social Workers.
  • Therapy Assistants, Technicians, and Aides are a contribution to our team but not qualified for the role of Clinicial Manager
  • Personally aligned with accomplishing organizational goals through a team as your greatest purpose (required).
  • Engaging and accurate verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with adults and children alike.
  • Ability to confront difficult situations and resolve them effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in pediatric Occupational Therapy

Additional Skills: Highly Desired

  • Experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Experience with leadership and mentorship that advanced the skillset of team members.
  • Knowledge of advanced therapeutic interventions in your respective field.
  • Ability to provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers.
