Your Daily Tasks & Responsibilities as a Behavior Analyst:
In this role, you will work closely with Behavior Technicians and other professionals to make a remarkable impact on children's lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Screening & Evaluation for ABA Therapy.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to functional behavior.
- Make progress with patients directly and indirectly through ABA therapy treatment with home education programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Supervise Behavior Technicians, Clinical Students, Interns, & Volunteers at a project level.
- Provide ongoing support to children and families, ensuring a positive and encouraging therapeutic experience.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to support the whole child.
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role as an Occupational Therapist, you should meet the following requirements...
- Graduate of an accredited Applied Behavioral Analysis Program or completed equivalent curriculum.
- Preferred: Board Certification obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) OR eligible to begin fieldwork.
- Fieldwork eligible trainees welcome to apply! Paid supervision at no cost to you!
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst as required in the state of Kentucky.
- Will assist with obtaining temporary licensure for fieldwork trainees.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging therapy activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Additional Skills: Highly Desirable
- Efficiency without giving up effectiveness with your time.
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their developmental needs.
- Knowledge of advanced therapeutic interventions, including pivotal response training, discrete trial training (DTT), functional communication training, and technology-assisted intervention.
- Ability to provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers in a group setting
