Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for new graduates who are eager to make a difference, work alongside experienced clinicians, and develop expertise in pediatric physical therapy within a supportive, collaborative setting. You'll have access to mentorship, ongoing education, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children from infancy through adolescence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations with standardized assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients and supervise PTAs & PT Aides implementing.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing motor skills, coordination, strength, and mobility
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and behavior analysts to create holistic care plans
- Engage and educate families on strategies to support therapy goals outside of clinic hours
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic standards
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy University program
- Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in KY
- Passionate about working with children and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with families, children, and fellow staff
- New graduates welcome to apply previous pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
