Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Screening &amp; Evaluation for ABA Therapy.</li><li>Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to functional behavior.</li><li>Make progress with patients directly and indirectly through ABA therapy&nbsp;treatment&nbsp;with home education programs.</li><li>Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li>Supervise Behavior Technicians, Clinical Students, Interns, &amp; Volunteers at a project level.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to children and families, ensuring a positive and encouraging therapeutic experience.</li><li>Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to support the whole child.</li><li>Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.</li><li>Celebrate patient success such that they are an inspiration for others!</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;To succeed in this role as an Behavioral Analyst, you should meet the following requirements...<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Applied Behavioral Analysis Program or completed equivalent curriculum.</li><li>Preferred: Board Certification obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) OR eligible to begin fieldwork.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Fieldwork eligible trainees welcome to apply!
