Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Make progress with patients directly and indirectly through occupational therapy <a href="https://www.theratreepeds.com/occupational-therapy" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">treatment</a> with home education programs.</li><li>Assist children in mastering activities of daily living (ADL) such as dressing, grooming, and feeding.</li><li>Contribute to the development of engaging and goal-oriented play-based interventions.</li><li>Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li>Contribute to reassessment and re-evaluation of progress that leads to discharge for all goals met.</li><li>Assist with standardized assessments at the guidance of your Occupational Therapist Supervisor.</li><li>Collaborate with and supervise Therapy Aides, Clinicial Students, Intern, &amp; Volunteers at a project level.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to children and families, ensuring a positive and encouraging therapeutic experience.</li><li>Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to support the whole child.</li><li>Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy.</li><li>Celebrate patient success such that they are an inspiration for others!</li></ul>Qualifications: To succeed in this role as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you should meet the following requirements...<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA &amp; ACOTE standards.</li><li>Certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.</li><li>Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as a.
